Birthday Popcorn Cake


Popcorn Cake

* 1 (400g) bag Marshmallows 
* 100g Butter 
* 2/3 cup Popcorn Kernels (we sell home popping kits) 
* 1 (400g) bag Plain M&Ms 
* 1 (400g) bag Roasted Peanuts

Once you have popped your popcorn, transfer to a large mixing bowl. 
Melt butter and marshmallows in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted, pour mixture over popped popcorn and add M&Ms, and peanuts. 
Stir quickly to coat and press into your buttered Bundt pan. 
Allow to set for 1 & 1/2 hours in refrigerator.
