Disclaimer: all products may contain un-popped kernels. All products are made in the same premises that also produces products containing dairy, gluten & nuts.

Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed and shipped via Australia Post or courier, within 5 working days. Delivery time depends on order destination. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow 4-7 days extra. Sweet Az Popcorn will not will not accept responsibility for goods delivered late due to courier error. Our shipping arrangements cover all places within Australia and New Zealand only.
Customer Service Policy: Sweet Az Popcorn reserves the right to substitute products based on stock availability, at any time. Substituted products will be of an equal or higher value.
Returns: Goods will be accepted as returned in the case of where quality of goods is unacceptable.
Food Warning Statement: Every care is taken to ensure products are delivered in good condition. Sweet Az Popcorn cannot be held responsible for damage of any kind whilst in transit. This includes all Chocolate products during periods of increased temperature. In order to avoid the risk of exposure to heat and adverse weather conditions, we recommend that you track your order with the tracking number provided to you, so you are available to receive upon arrival. If you are unable to be present when your package is due for arrival, please ensure you have a safe place for the parcel to be left if unattended.
