Macadamia Ginger Brittle

Our Macadamia Ginger Brittle is created by mixing together our air-popped popcorn with real chunks of glacé ginger and macadamia nuts that are all lusciously coated in our decadent macadamia infused butterscotch toffee. The mixture is then left to form a singular slab that is then later broken into shards and finally packaged into our poly bags. A gourmet treat like no other.
All brittles are packaged into approximately 80 gram packs.
This product is also gluten free.
All our products are handmade on the Sunshine Coast of Australia with ingredients locally sourced wherever possible.

Popcorn, macadamia nuts, glace ginger, sugar, glucose, butter, lecithin, salt, natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, caramel colour, potassium sorbate. The product may contain traces of unpopped corn.
